Addaset Resin Bound Surfacing:
The Addaset Resin Bound Surfacing System provides a smooth, hard wearing and low maintenance porous/semi porous surface using a range of natural and recycled aggregates. Addaset is suitable for car parks, access roads, driveways, footpaths, cycle paths, heritage schemes, pedestrian precincts, educational facilities, footbridges, commercial developments and landscaping schemes.
Addabound® resin bound surfacing:
Addabound resin bound surfacing has been developed due to customer demand to include a minimum of 25% recycled content of aggregate and filler. The new range of decorative porous surfacing incorporates our latest UV stable resin technology, offering increased renewable resin content, strength and improved surface flexibility. Addabound is suitable for car parks, access roads, driveways, footpaths, cycle paths, heritage schemes, pedestrian precincts, educational facilities, footbridges, commercial developments and landscaping schemes.
Terrabound® resin bound surfacing:
Terrabound resin bound porous surfacing offers a select range of natural aggregates in a commercial grade binder, suitable for larger projects including car parks, access roads, driveways, footpaths, cycle paths, heritage schemes, pedestrian precincts, educational facilities, footbridges, housing/ commercial developments and landscaping schemes.
Terrabase® Rustic Paving System:
Terrabase® Rustic is an innovative patented paving system that provides a decorative and natural rustic looking permeable surface, suitable for pedestrian footpaths and areas subject to occasional trafficking by light vehicles. Terrabase® Rustic can be applied directly onto most suitable surfaces and gradients and can potentially even be installed directly onto the ground with no or minimum digging or edging required.
Terrabase® Classic Paving System:
Terrabase® Classic is an innovative patented paving system that provides a decorative permeable surface using our BBA certified Addaset, Addabound, Terrabound to create a contemporary paving, suitable for pedestrian footpaths and areas subject to occasional trafficking by light vehicles. Terrabase® Classic can be applied directly onto most suitable surfaces and gradients and can potentially even be installed directly onto the ground with no or minimum digging or edging required.
Addaflex-R® rubber and aggregate resin bound surfacing:
The Addaflex-R is a recycled rubber and aggregate product that provides a low maintenance, flexible, porous surfacing suitable for pedestrian projects including walkways, cycle paths, golf courses, bridle paths, patios and can also be used for Tree Pits.
Addacolor resin bound surfacing:
Addacolor retains all of the benefits of our standard resin bound paving and is ideally suited to those projects that require a splash of colour both inside and out. Addacolor provides a smooth, hard wearing, UV stable, anti-slip and low maintenance semi-porous surface using a range of natural and recycled aggregates. The finished surface is a seamless bound paving system which is flexible and resistant to cracking and can be applied on to asphalt and concrete or other stable substrates.
Addastone Resin Bonded Surfacing:
The Addastone Resin Bonded Surfacing System provides an attractive, hard wearing and low maintenance surface by bonding or fixing loose gravel aggregates to concrete, asphalt, wood or metal.
Addastone TP (tree pit):
The Addastone TP (tree pit) systems are designed to provide an attractive and aesthetically pleasing porous paving system, using a variety of natural or recycled aggregates.
AddaZing Designer Resin Flooring:
Our latest twist in decorative or designer flooring pushes the technology of resins in a different direction. Addazing incorporates metallic and/or pearlescent pigments. Each floor, each mix and every finish is as individual as the people who choose it.
Addatex Stone Carpet:
Addatex Stone Carpet is a mix of natural and synthetic aggregates, bound in a clear epoxy resin providing a highly decorative and versatile floor finish for showrooms, offices, kitchens, as wet rooms as well as the home.
Addaflor Resin Flooring:
Resin flooring provides a tough, chemical resistant floor finish. The chemical interaction between the two component parts creates a surface that can be stronger than concrete itself because of the way resin combines with, and is absorbed by the concrete, chemically fixing the surface and forming a continuous layer.
Addagrip 1000 System:
The Addagrip 1000 System Resin has been specifically developed to treat frost damaged, spalled or smooth concrete airfield pavements, concrete roads, concrete ramps and steps.
Addaflake:
DECO resin based surfaces provide a 2-3mm decorative coloured quartz surface that have been used extensively throughout Scandinavia & Iceland for many years.
Addalevel SL2K:
Addalevel SL2K is a pigmented, seamless flooring system based on a solvent-free epoxy resin compound incorporating a special filler and is primarily intended for use on new and old concrete floors.

Terraco Handycoat®:
Terraco Handycoat® products are highly versatile and are used by plasterers and painters for patching hairline cracks, repairing damage to plaster and paint work, filling nail holes in wood work, for making good around door and window architraves and for filling along the top of skirting boards. Handycoat products are easy to sand and are designed to reduce the amount of dust suspended in the air.
Terraco Sprayplaster:
Terraco Sprayplaster is a unique acrylic based filler for interior walls and ceilings and can be used on all types of concrete surfaces, aerated light-weight concrete elements and blocks, sand cement render, fair-face concrete block walls, fair-faced and concrete block soffits and more. The system is suitable for both precast and conventional buildings and is easy to apply and does not require highly skilled labour for application. When used as a ceiling system it is traditionally applied as a skim coat not as a plaster.
Terraco EIFS Exterior Insulation Finishing System:
Terraco EIFS Exterior Insulation Finishing System can be defined as an energy efficient thermal wrapping applied to the exterior surfaces of a building. This external wall insulation is then finished with a long-life, decorative and protective coating system.Terraco EIFS has been developed, tried and tested for use in both hot and cold climates and is proven to substantially reduce heating or cooling costs as well as allow for the use of lower specification heating or cooling systems. Terraco EIFS is a certified, quality system and needs to be installed by an approved contractor.
Terraco Ambient T Acoustic plaster:
Terraco Ambient T is a high-performance acoustic plaster system for ceilings. It is highly versatile, environmentally friendly, non-combustible and comes in a variety of aesthetically pleasing finishes and colours. The system is used in a wide range of settings such as theatres, opera houses, reception areas, hotel lobbies, class rooms, lecture halls but is also suitable for domestic applications. Ambient seamless plaster can be used on its own or in conjunction with mineral wool or fibre glass panels. Ambient can either be spray or hand applied and is used in any room or common areas which would benefit from noise reduction or a sound absorbing system.

BBA APPROVED POROUS RESIN SURFACING
Addagrip Resin Bound Surfacing systems Addaset, Addabound and Terrabound have been certified by The British Board of Agrément (BBA), the UK’s major authority recognised by building control, government departments, architects, local authorities, specifiers, and industry insurers. We were the first manufacturer to be awarded BBA certificates for resin bound surfacing systems in January 2016 and are proud to have passed all our annual BBA assessments with flying colours.
Only products and systems that have passed a series of comprehensive assessments, including laboratory tests, on-site evaluations, quality management checks and inspections of production, are awarded an Agrément Certificate.
WHY SHOULD I USE A BBA APPROVED RESIN BOUND SYSTEM?
British Agrément Certificates provide reassurance to users, designers, insurers and regulators and are recognised throughout the UK by architects, engineers and building control personnel as a mark of quality, safety and reliability. The BBA’s impartial information complements Addagrip’s own technical data on the performance of the products certified. Once the certificate has been awarded, regular monitoring is carried out by the BBA to maintain the Certificate’s validity. This is followed by a comprehensive review every three years.
Performance
The durability and performance of BBA approved resin bound surfacing systems Addaset, Addabound and Terrabound will depend on site conditions and the project type, but generally the surfacing ‘will have a service life in excess of conventional asphalt surfacing’ (As stated in section 10 of our BBA Certificate no 16/5288).
Addaset, Addabound and Terrabound ‘have satisfactory resistance to the loads associated with vehicle and pedestrian traffic conditions for which they are designed for’ (As stated in section 10 of our BBA Certificate no 16/5288). See the BBA’s guidelines on Resin Bound Surfacing here

Addaset, Addabound and Terrabound Resin Bound porous surfacing systems have been awarded certification by the BBA (British Board of Agrément) and are manufactured and supplied to meet these exacting guidelines. The Addagrip range of resin bound surfacing products can only be installed by our network of trained and experienced approved contractors to ensure high standards of workmanship and customer satisfaction are maintained.

Which Addagrip Resin Bound products currently have BBA certification?
There are three Addagrip Resin Bound products that carry BBA certification, Addaset, Addabound and Terrabound. All three products have undergone the rigorous testing required to ensure that these products are fit for purpose. Certificates are available to download.
